Cancellation Policy:  All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing by September 2, 2019. There will be an administrative fee of US$50 deducted for approved registration cancellations.   After September 2nd, there are no refunds.  Author registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another listed author on the paper.
